the air conditioning was not very cold and i felt the room a bit dark. i think they should improve that detail. also, the shower water wasn't cold either.

Convenient location, some minor drawbacks

I find the reception staff were helpful on arrival, especially Yusuf, he makes everything went well. My room were big, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and there are plenty of options, even lactose-free yogurt was available. The views from the room was lovely also.
Spa and gym were closed , and without any warning. I had to pay a little more for laundry services.

The staff was generally available and responded quickly to requests. Eren at the reception was especially helpful with various inquiries. I find the service to be prompt and polite.
